How MNH Digital collects, uses and protects your personal information.

1. Who we are
This website, aimanismail.my, is operated by MNH Digital ("we", "us", "our"), the business behind Aiman Ismail's Gen AI training and courses. You can contact us at digital.aimanismail@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
When you fill in one of our lead forms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Lead Ads instant forms, we collect:
- your full name, phone number and email address
- your company or government agency name, and your job title if we ask for it
- your answers to the form questions, such as organisation type, number of participants, training timeline, training interest and estimated budget
If you buy a course from us or contact us directly, we also keep the details you give us so we can deal with your purchase or enquiry.
When you use a form or WhatsApp button on this website, the details you enter (name, organisation, phone number, email and message) are put into a WhatsApp message that you send to us yourself. The website does not send these details to our server.
3. How we use your information
- to contact you about our corporate training, including our AI training programmes
- to send you quotations and the documents needed for HRDC (HRD Corp) grant claims
- to answer your enquiry
- to send you related information about our training, if you agree to receive it
We do not use your information for anything else.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. Your data is only accessed by Aiman Ismail's team. We use service providers to process it on our behalf, for example Meta for the lead form, and email and messaging tools to contact you. They process your data only to provide their service to us.
5. Cookies, tracking and browser storage
Our website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure how well our ads and pages perform and to show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage the ads you see in your Facebook ad settings.
So you don't have to type them again, your browser remembers the name, organisation, phone number and email you entered in our WhatsApp form. These are kept only in your browser's local storage on your own device and are not sent to us. You can remove them at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. After that, we delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask us to:
- give you access to the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- stop contacting you, or withdraw your consent (unsubscribe)
- delete your data

8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
